Green Berry Smoothie

I do my best to have a smoothie everyday and also to incorporate greens in every one that I make! It’s the perfect way to sneak in some nutritional veggies without anyone even noticing. It also makes me feel better throughout the day knowing I have already had a tons of greens!

I think anyway to make healthy eating fun and to change up the norm of guilting ourselves for our diets is a positive. I am not a fan of feeling bad for eating or punishing myself if I eat a french fry. I believe that if you incorporate healthy choices into your daily routine, you will have less stress and more love towards your body. We should wake up every morning with love and pride for our bodies and all that they do for us. Celebrate your bodies with the best foods you can and your body will be forever grateful.

Spend more energy making these green smoothies and less energy standing on scales or writing down everything you ate today! The second you stop obsessing and faulting yourself, you will finally be able to take a deep and needed breath. You will release all the negativity finding home in your body!

Here is another simple morning smoothie!


  • 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • 1/3 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of frozen fruit
  • 1/2 of a ripe avocado
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seed meal
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of Vibrant Health’s “Green Vibrance” Probiotic Powder
  • fresh blueberries as garnish

In a Vitamix or a high powered blender, pour your coconut water and coconut milk.I always add my liquid first so it can help break down the fruit/veggies. Then, I add in my frozen fruit and avocado. Lastly, I put my spinach, flax seed, chia seeds, and green vibrance powder.  I blend this all together on high for about 1-2 minutes. Depending on your blender or mix of fruit you may need more liquid or more blending time.

Then pour into a cup or a bowl (if making a smoothie bowl with granola) and serve! This recipe makes more than 1 serving. So, you can make it and depending on how much you have in one sitting you can set it aside for a few days and not have to worry! It is so easy and will jump start your day on a positive and healthy note!
