These Are a Few of My Favorite Things!

To make these ingredients easier to find and look for, I thought it might be nice for me to upload some images of them!

1) “Braggs Nutritional Yeast.” This can always be found at Whole Foods Market or I can find it in the Nature’s Promise Section of Stop & Shop. However, I am sure any supermarket with an organic section will sell this somewhere near their flour and baking needs.

2) “Fakin’ Bacon” by Lightlife. This is the most delicious alternative to bacon that I have found thus far. You can find it in the vegan/refrigerated section at Whole Foods Market or in the vegetarian/organic sections of larger supermarkets like Stop & Shop. It will be next to other brands and styles of tempeh!

3) “Sir Kensington’s Fabonaise.” I am one of those people that will avoid mayo at all cost because it creeps me out on just about every level. However, this Fabonaise has completely changed the game for me and is such a great new addition to my sandwich game. This can be found in the vegan/refrigerated section at Whole Foods Market.

4) ” Field Roast Grain Meat Italian Style Vegan Sausage.” This brand is my favorite for just about everything they do. Whoever is in charge of their alternative recipes knows what they are doing, right down to the texture of meat. I use this for any Italian style meal I make and it crumbles amazingly on top of pizza! You can find it in the vegan/refrigerated section at Whole Foods Market or in the vegetarian/organic sections of larger supermarkets like Stop & Shop.

5) ” Field Roast Grain Meat Company Apple and Sage Vegan Sausage.” This might be my favorite sausage they make. It has the most delicious combination of sweet and savory and can compliment just about any meal you make! You can find it in the vegan/refrigerated section at Whole Foods Market or in the vegetarian/organic sections of larger supermarkets like Stop & Shop.

I will add more to this list as time goes by. This should be a pretty good start for now and please ask me any questions you may have. I know you will love each and every one of these and cannot wait to see how you use them in your own meals!
