Happy Belly Blend Smoothie

Ingredients:
– 6 oz of coconut water
– 1/2 of an apple
– 1/2 cup of blueberries
– 1/2 of a banana
– 1/2 of an avocado
– 1 tsp of turmeric
– 1/2 tsp of cayenne
– 1/2 lemon
– 1 cup of fresh spinach

Combine all the ingredients into a blender and you are ready to give your tummy some much needed loving! You could totally add any other fruit or veggies into this mixture and change it up! I like to double up on this recipe too and have two days worth ready to go!
