Fuji Friday: Smoothie Bowl

Happy #fujifriday from my little kitchen to yours!!! Today’s edition is a purple smoothie bowl! Smoothie bowls are super easy! Throw any fruit you got in a blender with some yummy greens and blend. Pour it in a bowl and top with fresh fruit, chia seeds, and nuts! @fujifilm_instax_northamerica

Ingredients:
– 1 cup of frozen fruit
– 1/2 avocado
– 1 cup of spinach
– 1/4 cup of almond/coconut milk
– 1 tsp of chia seeds
– handful of fresh berries (about 1/2 cup) I used blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries
– 1/2 banana sliced
– handful of nuts or oats (optional)

In a blender pour 1 cup of frozen fruit, avocado, spinach, and milk. Blend for about 1-2 minutes, leaving it pretty thick. Then pour it into a bowl. Place sliced bananas, berries, seeds, nuts/oats on top in any pattern you’d like. Then serve and enjoy!

So easy and so delicious. Not to mention they turn out so beautiful and break up the normal smoothie routine!
