Puff Pastry Baked Brie

Welcome to the first edition of #FujiFridays. All posts on Friday’s will be shot via my Fujifilm Instax North America Instax Mini 7S. What better way to start then with this delicious baked Brie?! Serve with apple slices, crackers, veggies, or fork and knife if you really want to get to the point! Some Friday’s you gotta just #treatyourself!

– 1 triangular package of Brie cheese
– 1 sleeve of puff pastry
– Fruit, veggies, or crackers for pairing
– Jam/Sauce/Spread of your choosing for dipping. I used idos stone fruit finishing sauce. (If you haven’t checked them out you absolutely must! I love each one of their sauces…only problem is I eat them too fast!)

This is as easy of a recipe as it gets. Follow the instructions on the back of the puff pastry package for thawing instructions. When completely thawed, separate dough into slices.

Make sure to remove the skin from Brie so it stays creamy and melts evenly. Form Brie into a ball shape, then place it on one piece of the thawed dough. Use the remaining slices of puff pastry to wrap the entirety of the Brie. When completely covered place in the center of a cookie sheet lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray.

Place tray in oven, at 400 degrees, for about 20-25 minutes or until slightly brown and crispy. Make sure to check oven every so often to ensure it doesn’t over cook!

Once browned to your liking, take out from oven and place on your favorite plate! Surround your baked Brie with any pairing of your choosing and place a small bowl with your desired sauce for dipping. Now enjoy!!!
